As we have subject pronouns in English, similarly there are subject pronouns in Pashto too. The word subject means in Pashto فاعل and pronoun means ضمیر or نومځری.
We can surly say that you are familiar with the seven subject pronouns in English, which are I, you, we, they, he, she and it. It is important to mention that subject pronouns in Pashto are same as we have in English. The number of Pashto subject pronouns are seven. Before specifying them to first, second and third persons, Pashto subject pronouns are divided in singular and plural.

1- زه means I, to pronounce it, its transliteration is /zah/. زه is used for singular first person or the speaker.
2- ته means YOU, but remember that ته is used for singular second person or addressee. /tah/ is the pronunciation of the word ته in Pashto.
3- دی is equal to HE in English. This pronoun is used for singular males. The transliteration for this word is /dai/
4- دا is same as SHE is in English. دا is used for singular females. Pronounce it as /da/
5 موږ is the plural pronoun in Pashto. Its synonym in English is WE. موږ is used for plural first persons or speakers. To pronounce it /moog/ or /moozh/
6- تاسې this pronoun is used for plural second persons or addressee. It means YOU in English. We can pronounce تاسې as /tasay/
7- دوی is a plural subject pronoun in Pashto; is used for plural third persons. The English synonym of دوی is THEY. The transliteration of دوی is /thoio/
