لکه څنګه چې د افغانستان مسلمان او مجاهد ولس ته معلومه ده، چې اسلامي امارت د خپل ولس د غوښتنو مطابق، د اسلامي نظام د قیام لپاره د یوې نیمې لسیزي راهیسي مقاومت او جهاد کوي. د همدې هدف د ترلاسه کولو او په افغانستان کې د سولې او ثبات د راوستلو په منظور یې پدې وروستیو کې ، سیاسي هلي ځلې زیاتې کړې ترڅو د اوسنۍ قضیې د حل په مقصد د نړۍ والې ټولنې سره افهام او تفهیم ترسره کړي خو دغه تفاهم د جهاد څخه د لاس اخیستلو په معنی نه دی او نه د کابل د ادارې د اساسي قانون په منلو پورې تړلی دی بلکې د افغانستان اسلامی امارت به د نظامي موجودیت او جهاد ترڅنګ د سیاسي تحرک نه هم کار اخلي ترڅو د افغان ولس او شهیدانو اسلامي او ملي هیلي ترسره کړي.
باید ووایو چې وخت ناوخته د ځینو منابعو ویناوې او د رسنیو رپوټونه په حقایقو پرده اچوي. له همدې امله، د ټولو رسنیو له چارواکو څخه هیله کوو چې د بیطرفي د اصولو په رعایت سره، د مغرضانه او بی اساسه رپوټونو د خپرولو نه ډډه وکړي او یوازې هغه څه خپاره کړي چې له اړونده مراجعو څخه یې تصدیق شوی وي . همداراز، که د اسلامي امارت په اړوند رپوټ ترلاسه کوي ، باید د نشر نه مخکي یې د اسلامي امارت د مربوطه مرجع څخه تصدیق کړي ترڅو حقایق پخپله بڼه کې، افغان مجاهد ولس او نړیوالو ته ورسیږي .

situation in Afghanistan

It is well known to the Mujahid nation of Afghanistan that the Islamic Emirate has been engaged in a struggle and Jihad for the past one and a half decade to establish an Islamic government in accordance with the request of its people. It is for this purpose and for
bringing about peace and stability in Afghanistan that we have increased our political efforts to come to mutual understanding with the world in order to solve the current ongoing situation. But this understanding does not mean a surrender from Jihad and neither is it connected to an acceptance of the constitution of the stooge Kabul administration but rather the Islamic Emirate is utilizing its political wing alongside its military presence and Jihad in order to realize the national and Islamic aspirations of the nation and its martyrs.
We must say that some sources and reports of media outlets often try to distort realities. For this reason we would like to ask all the officials of the media outlets to work within the framework of unbiased journalistic ethics, avoid circulating baseless and one-sided reports and only publish that which is confirmed by relevant sources. Similarly, if it is a report about Islamic Emirate then it should be forwarded to the relevant office for confirmation so it can reach the Afghan Mujahid nation and others in an authentic form.
