دوه دیرش کاله مخکې د ۱۳۵۸ هـ ش کال دجدي په شپږمه نیټه دپخواني شوروي اتحاد یرغلګرو ځواکونو دننیو امریکايي یرغلګرو په څیر دټولو انساني او اخلاقي معیارونو خلاف زمونږ دهیواد په خپلواک حریم یرغل وکړ .
سره له دې چې نن له هغې نیټې تر دری لسیزې زیات وخت تیریږي خو زمونږ په مسلمان کړیدلې اولس باندې دهماغه وحشیانه یرغل ناوړه اغیزې لا پاتې دي ، وطن مو کنډواله ، په ملینو مهاجرین مو په پردو هیوادوکې اواره او دهیواد ټولې اقتصادي زیربناوي مو همداسې کنډې کپر پرتې دي .
په افغانستان باندې دشورویانو وحشیانه یرغل دیونیم ملیون انسانانوپه وژل کیدوسربیره دافغان مسلمان ملت لپاره دنورو ډیرومادي او معنوي درنو تاوانونو په زغملو تمام شو ،هغه تاوان چې افغانان یې له منفي اغیزو څخه تراوسه ځوریږي ،خو بالمقابل یې دامریکایانو په شمول نور ډیرنړیوال دکمونیزم له شره خلاص ،څوک دشوروي امپراتورۍ له نړیدو وروسته دمستقل هویت څښتنان شول اوچاته بیا دشورویانو په زوال سره په نړۍ دیکتازي امتیازورپه برخه شو.
امریکایانو اودشورویانو له شره ټولو ژغورل شویو نړیوالو ته په کار وه چې له افغانانو سره یې دخپلو محسنینو په توګه دخواخوږۍ او مرستې معامله کړې وای ،او دشورویانو دیرغل په نتیجه کې د وراوښتوتاوانونواومشکلاتو په حل کې یې ورسره همکاري کړې وای ،خوله بده مرغه چې امریکایانو اودهغوئ مؤتلفینو هم دتیري کوونکو شورویانو په څیر په افغانستان یرغل وکړ او دشورویانو له تیري څخه روغې پاتې سیمې دوئ ورته په کنډوالو بدلې کړې.
افغانان دلوي الله جل جلاله په مرسته له ټولو یرغلګروسره دجهاد او مقابلې ښه توان اوتجربه لري ،هغوئ لکه چې پرون یې دخپل جهاد په برکت نړۍ دکمونیزم له شره خلاصه او دپخواني شوروي اتحاد په مشرۍ یې ټول ختیځ بلاک ته ماتې ورکړه نن هماغه شان دامریکې په مشرۍ دائتلاف دیرغلګرو ځواکونوپه مقابل کې دجهاد او مقاومت په کامیابو مرچلونوکې ناست ،اویرغلګر امریکايي ځواکونه یې په بشپړه توګه له هغه برخلیک سره مخ کړي دي له کوم سره چې تیري کوونکي شوریان دخپل اشغال په لس کلنۍ کې مخ ول ، شورویانو هم دخپل اشغال له ناکامي وروسته دژنیوا تړون په پلمه له افغانستان څخه په ناکامي پښې سپکې کړي اوسني یرغلګران هم دورته پلمو په لټه کې له افغانستان څخه په مفتضحانه ډول دتیښتې په حال کې دي . لِلَّهِ الأَمْرُ مِن قَبْلُ وَمِن بَعْدُ وَيَوْمَئِذٍ يَفْرَحُ الْمُؤْمِنُونَ بِنَصْرِ اللَّهِ يَنصُرُ مَن يَشَاء وَهُوَ الْعَزِيزُ الرَّحِيمُ
زمونږ دهیواد شرائط او موجود عیني واقعیتونه داثابته وي چې افغانستان دپردیو یرغلګرو داشغال اومیشتیدنې لپاره په هیڅ صورت مناسب اوجمتونه دی ،دلته دچنګیزیانو،انګریزانو اوپخوانیو شورویانو تباه کیدل ددغه واقعیت ښه شاهدي ورکوي ،نو اوسنیو یرغلګرو ته په کارده چې له دغه واقعیت نه په درس اخیستلو سره ددې خاورې له آزمایل شویو اتلانوسره دجنګ اومقابلې په ځای د دې هیواد اشغال ته دپای ټکی کیږدي ،ځکه دآزمایل شویو بیا آزمایل خطاکاردی،دغرب اولسونه بایدنورهم په خپلویرغلګروحکومتونوفشار راوړي چي لازیات دجنګي جرایموپه ارتګاب سره خپلواولسونوته بدنامي وانه ړوي اودافغانستان یرغمل کړی اولس نورپریږدي چي ازادژوندوکړي .
دافغانستان اسلامي امارت په داسې حال کې چې دشوروي اشغال د ۳۲کلیزې په مناسبت له خپل ځوریدلي مسلمان ملت سره خپله خواخوږۍ څرګندوي هغوئ ته په اوسني جهادکې له الله تعالی څخه دغیبي نصرت غوښتنه کوي .
اسلامي امارت په دي باورلري چې دالله په نصرت اودخپل مسلمان ملت دجهاد او سرښندنوله برکته به افغانستان حتما دیرغلګرو له اشغال څخه آزادیږي،او نني یرغلګربه دپرونیو ماتي خوړلو یرغلګرانو په برخلیک اخته کیږي. ان شاء الله والسلام

Statement of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan Concerning the Condemnation of the 32ndAnniversary of the former Soviet Union Invasion of Afghanistan
Thirty two years ago, on this day, the 6th of Jaddi, 1358 (AH anno hegirae) corresponding to 27th December, 1979, the former Soviet Union, in much the same way and for much the same reason as the present-day U.S, violating all human rights and ethics, invaded our country.
Still, more than three decades after the former Red Army invasion of Afghanistan, the Afghan are suffering from the aftermath of the war and the impact of it appears to be seen largely in terms of destruction of our country and economic infrastructure. Millions of our countrymen were made homeless leaving their country to migrate to other countries.
The former Soviet Union invasion cost the Afghans the gravest material, emotional and psychological losses in addition to losses of lives of more than one and a half million Afghans. The Afghan Muslim nation is still suffering from the negative effect of what happened, in return, the world including the America were disposed of the Red Empire by the downfall of the former Soviet Unions at the hands of Afghan Muslim nation which got several countries permanent independence and recognition of their identities.
At this stage, the US and the other countries, having been disposed of the Red Empire, had to comfort the miserable Afghans and extent assistance to the war-torn country. Contrarily, the worst was yet to come. The US and their allied countries destroyed and ruined whatever parts of our country had been left of the former Soviet Unions.
Afghans, with help of Allah, are well-trained and able to carry out Jihad and combat all the invaders. The Afghan Muslim nation, in the same way as in the past defeated the entire Eastern bloc headed by the former Soviet Unions though their Jihad getting the world rid the communism, are successfully withstanding all the coalition forces led by the US invaders and will make them all face the same fate that befell the then Red Army who under the pretext of Peace Treaty of Geneva pulled out of Afghanistan in failure.
The current invaders are, too, looking for pretence to withdrew from Afghanistan in a face-saving way and are in the point of fleeing.
) لِلَّهِ الأَمْرُ مِن قَبْلُ وَمِن بَعْدُ وَيَوْمَئِذٍ يَفْرَحُ الْمُؤْمِنُونَ بِنَصْرِ اللَّهِ يَنصُرُ مَن يَشَاء وَهُوَ الْعَزِيزُ الرَّحِيمُ(
To Allah belonged the matter before and (to Him it belongs) thereafter. And on the day the believers will rejoice with Allah’s help. He help whomsoever He wills, And He is the Mighty, the Very-Merciful.
The sequence of the events, if observed, it becomes crystal clear that Afghanistan has never been is never a country where the invaders can survive or be settled. Besides, the collapse of the Genghis, British Empire, and Red Empire are the living examples that the US may learn from. The US invaders and their allies, Instead of putting the tested brave Afghan nation to the test and fighting them, are to put an end to their invasion.
Furthermore, the western nations should insist on their rulers not to commit war crimes any longer that may further disgrace their nations nationally and internationally but to let the miserable Afghans to live freely.
The Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan believe that the Afghanistan is sure to be liberated from the occupation of the US invaders with help of Allah Almighty and through their Jihad and the current invaders are bound to be destined with the same fate that the former ones befell, if Allah wills it.
