Rohi (Saturday/March/31), Zamir Kabulov in a statement informed the government of Afghanistan, that his country discarded the fiscal appeal of Taliban. Zamir Kabulov in press conference at Moscow said that Taliban is ready to offer anything to Moscow in Afghanistan only if Moscow helps Taliban financially, but Moscow rejected Taliban’s appeal; and in response said “no! Sorry we don’t have the money”.
He added “Our relation with Afghanistan is only on the base of peace and stability, we only wants Afghans lives in peace at their country”.
Mr. Kabulov said the Taliban and Islamic group named ISIS recognized to Russia both the terrorists groups.
Kabulov added that Russia is not in contradiction of the eliminating the name of Taliban from the black list of United Nation, but on the condition that the Taliban have to set on the talking table with Afghan government.
Special envoy of Russia Mr. Kabulov also pointed very important the rule of Pakistan and Iran in the peace process of Afghanistan. Although Pakistan and Iran are suspect by the USA in supporting of Taliban.
